It started with a hello.
Our founder, Michael "Magic" Morgan, did not start Magical Journey Network because he studied mentorship. He started it because mentors helped save his life. Thirteen years in mentorship and recovery communities showed him what faith, accountability, service, and people who refuse to give up on you can do.
Along the way he saw that people facing a career upheaval, grief, isolation, or a complete reinvention rarely need another expert telling them how to live. They need someone trustworthy who has walked a similar road and will walk beside them without judgment. That became Magical Journey Network.
Where does the name come from? Years ago at a car dealership, his sales were through the roof, and his team started calling him Magic. The name stuck. Today he is the first to say the real magic is what happens between people.

Peer mentorship and lived-experience guidance for adults in life's hardest seasons: a career that no longer fits, work that never settles, the search for renewed purpose, and the road back from a hard season. Not clinical care. The perspective of someone who has actually been where you are.
Our vision
A world where life's major transitions, the ones that break people or remake them, are met with real human connection instead of isolation. Millions of people face those changes with no one beside them who truly understands the road. That is what we are changing.
