Michael "Magic" Morgan

Michael Morgan is the Founder and CEO of Magical Journey Network. He spent most of his working life in sales, where he learned to listen, to read people, to handle rejection, and to keep showing up when the numbers were not on his side. His favorite book has always been Og Mandino’s The Greatest Salesman in the World, and its lessons about persistence, good habits, and genuine care for every person shaped how he worked, and later, how he lived.

For thirteen years he has been part of mentorship and recovery communities, including Celebrate Recovery, Alcoholics Anonymous, and Al-Anon. In those rooms he watched people find their footing again because someone who had walked a similar road sat beside them and stayed. For about twelve years he has also sent out daily quotes and reflections, because sometimes a few words open the door to a much bigger conversation.

Later in life, when many people slow down, Michael chose to build something instead. Magical Journey Network is his second act: free, ethical peer mentorship for people going through life’s big transitions. He is a father of four, travels the world with his wife and co-founder Romie, and is writing a memoir about resilience and redemption. His message is simple: “It is never too late, and your story is not too broken.”
