Trust is the whole point of what we do. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and how you stay in control of it.

This website is run by Magical Journey Network, Inc. ("MJN", "we", "us"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 41-4710315. We offer free, volunteer peer mentorship. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical information every website receives.
We never sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or use it for advertising.
Our Shop links to Etsy and our bookshelf links to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, Magical Journey Network, Inc. earns from qualifying purchases. Once you leave our site, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
We keep mentorship information for as long as you are active with MJN and for 2 years after, so we can help you again if you come back. Donation records are kept as long as tax law requires. Newsletter emails are deleted when you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete anything sooner (see section 9).
We limit access to the people on our team who need it, use services with strong security, and send the site over an encrypted connection (https). No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong, we will tell you promptly and honestly.
You can ask us at any time to:
Just email contact@magicaljourneynetwork.com. We will reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Our mentorship is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please tell us and we will delete it.
MJN offers peer mentorship, not medical or psychiatric care, clinical treatment, or licensed counseling. Please do not send us medical records. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site.
Trust is the whole point of what we do. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and how you stay in control of it.
