Ania Halama is a holistic mentor, integration guide, and visionary entrepreneur who bridges ancient wisdom with modern transformational tools to help individuals reclaim power, purpose, and inner peace. After leaving a successful but soul-depleting corporate career, Ania embarked on a profound journey of healing and self-discovery, one that reshaped her life and now informs the work she offers others.
Certified in EFT, Breathwork, Ho’oponopono, Akashic Records, and additional integrative modalities, Ania specializes in helping clients rewire subconscious patterns, release emotional blocks, and realign with their highest potential. Her work supports deep, sustainable transformation across health, wealth, relationships, leadership, and spiritual fulfillment. A two-time bestselling author and co-founder of Mahadevi Ayahuasca Retreats, Ania offers 1:1 mentorship, immersive retreats, and speaking engagements worldwide.
At Magical Journey Network, she serves as COO, co-author, and lead editor, ensuring that every story, offering, and experience reflects integrity, depth, and soul-level alignment. Her mission is to help high-achieving, heart-centered individuals break free from internal limitations and live in harmony with their true calling.
JAMIE PROVENCAL
Creative Director
Jamie Provencal is the Creative Director of Magical Journey Network, bringing structure, clarity, and intentional design to every visual expression of the platform. With a background spanning healthcare, design, and entrepreneurship, Jamie blends practical systems thinking with intuitive creativity to shape experiences that feel cohesive, grounded, and human.
Her work centers on guiding MJN’s visual identity, from brand architecture and layout to digital materials and creative direction, ensuring the aesthetic supports the depth and honesty of the stories being told. Jamie believes design should never distract from meaning; instead, it should create space for it.
Her approach is calm, thoughtful, and quietly powerful. By crafting environments that feel safe, intentional, and aligned, Jamie helps make the heart of Magical Journey Network visible, allowing its mission to be felt as much as it is seen.
RICH BERGERON

Rich Bergeron is a writer, editor, and narrative strategist with more than two decades of professional experience in journalism, magazine publishing, and book authorship. His career began as a newspaper stringer on Massachusetts’ South Shore and evolved into full-time reporting, feature writing, and long-form storytelling across national platforms.
As Head Writer at Magical Journey Network, Rich leads the creation of transformational content that blends journalistic precision with emotionally resonant storytelling. He specializes in shaping raw life experience into polished narratives, whether through memoir ghostwriting, brand storytelling, blogs, or mentorship-focused content, helping stories inspire growth, connection, and action.
Rich’s work has appeared in publications including The American Legion Magazine, Vietnam Magazine, and Ultimate MMA, among others. In addition to writing and co-authoring MJN’s books, he oversees legal documentation, supports 501(c)(3) compliance, assists with grant applications, and helps steward the organization’s long-term sustainability. His passion lies in helping individuals and organizations tell the truth well, and tell it in a way that lasts.

MICHAEL MORGAN
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Michael Morgan is the Founder and CEO of Magical Journey Network, a mentorship-driven platform born from lived experience, recovery, and service. His transformational journey began over fifteen years ago, marked by a commitment to show up, consistently and honestly, for others. Through deep involvement in Celebrate Recovery, Alcoholics Anonymous, and Al-Anon, Michael’s mentorship work began with recovering addicts and grew to include men aged 20 to 40 from around the world.
This path reshaped every area of his life, relationships, leadership, and purpose, guiding him into a deeper experience of peace, humility, and meaning. Michael believes mentorship is not a title but a responsibility: to walk alongside others through fear, failure, and growth with integrity.
Inspired by timeless wisdom, faith, and lived transformation, Michael has built Magical Journey Network as a call to action: find a mentor, become one, and never walk the road alone. His vision is to cultivate a global network of trained mentors, especially women mentoring younger women, who are ready to turn hard-earned wisdom into guidance for the next generation.
ROMIE MORGAN
Co-Founder
Romie Morgan is the co-founder of Magical Journey Network and a steady, compassionate force behind its mission. Her spiritual journey began alongside Michael’s, rooted in service, healing, and redemption. Early on, Romie dedicated herself to mentoring young women in downtown Los Angeles, many of whom had experienced abuse or instability, offering them safety, presence, and a glimpse of what a healthy, hopeful future could look like.
Through years of intentional physical, emotional, and spiritual growth, Romie cultivated a life grounded in empathy, resilience, and faith. Two years into their respective journeys, Romie and Michael’s paths converged, an alignment they see as both spiritual and purposeful.
Together, they have traveled to nearly 40 countries over the past decade, connecting with young people across cultures and communities. Their shared life and work stand as a living testament to the belief at the heart of Magical Journey Network: transformation is possible, healing is real, and no one is meant to walk their journey alone.
