His career began as a newspaper stringer on Massachusetts’ South Shore and evolved into full-time reporting, feature writing, and long-form storytelling across national platforms.

As Head Writer at Magical Journey Network, Rich leads the creation of transformational content that blends journalistic precision with emotionally resonant storytelling. He specializes in shaping raw life experience into polished narratives, whether through memoir ghostwriting, brand storytelling, blogs, or mentorship-focused content, helping stories inspire growth, connection, and action.

In addition to writing and co-authoring MJN’s books, he oversees legal documentation, supports 501(c)(3) compliance, assists with grant applications, and helps steward the organization’s long-term sustainability. Michael Morgan is the Founder and CEO of Magical Journey Network, a mentorship-driven platform born from lived experience, recovery, and service. His transformational journey began over fifteen years ago, marked by a commitment to show up, consistently and honestly, for others. Through deep involvement in Celebrate Recovery, Alcoholics Anonymous, and Al-Anon, Michael’s mentorship work began with recovering addicts and grew to include men from around the world.

This path reshaped every area of his life, relationships, leadership, and purpose, guiding him into a deeper experience of peace, humility, and meaning. Michael believes mentorship is not a title but a responsibility: to walk alongside others through fear, failure, and growth with integrity.
