Michael Morgan is the Founder and CEO of Magical Journey Network, a nonprofit mentorship organization born from lived experience, recovery, and long-term service. His journey began over fifteen years ago through consistent involvement in recovery and mentorship communities, including Celebrate Recovery, Alcoholics Anonymous, and Al-Anon.
Through years of showing up for others, Michael’s understanding of leadership shifted from performance to responsibility. He believes mentorship is not a title, but a commitment, to walk alongside others through fear, failure, and growth with humility and integrity.
Michael founded Magical Journey Network as a call to action: find a mentor, become one, and never walk the road alone. His vision centers on building a global, ethically grounded mentorship network that passes hard-earned wisdom forward, especially through women mentoring younger women across generations.
Romie Morgan is the co-founder of Magical Journey Network and a steady, compassionate presence behind its mission. Her journey has been shaped by service, faith, and a long-standing commitment to walking alongside others with care and consistency.
Early in her path, Romie mentored young women in downtown Los Angeles who had experienced instability or trauma, offering presence, safety, and encouragement. Over time, she cultivated a life rooted in empathy, resilience, and quiet leadership.
Romie and Michael’s paths eventually converged through shared values and purpose. Together, they have traveled to nearly forty countries, connecting with young people and communities across cultures. Their shared life reflects a central belief of Magical Journey Network: transformation is possible, growth is ongoing, and no one is meant to walk alone.
